In Person Evaluation and DBQ
In some instances a virtual DBQ cannot be completed. Often civilian providers are not familiar with VA forms or regulation on service connection to complete these forms properly. We recognize this need and have partnered with a clinic of expert providers who have completed thousands of DBQ's for VA disability claims. See below on how to sign up for an in person evaluation.
Step 1
Sign up for a chart review and upload your documentation. Our team will review the request and your documents to ensure a visit with our partnering clinic is appropriate and if there are any other services we can offer.
Step 3
Attend your scheduled appointment.
Step 2
Once the review is completed, you will be able to schedule your desired date and time with the clinic.
Step 4
The documentation will be completed and sent to you via our secure portal to download and provide to the VA.
